Walnut Hill Cape

A retired couple came to us wanting to downsize from their large historic colonial home into something more efficient and functional where the design would reflect traditional New England vernacular. The result is a cape-style home with three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a first floor that includes a primary suite and everything else needed to comfortably age in place. An accessory dwelling unit above the detached garage provides spacious private guest quarters for their family and friends.
